Take the section that you filled with plastic grocery bags and fold over the top. Fold the corners and tape securely.

Flip it over so that you seam is on the bottom.

Pinch about 2/3 of the way to make the head and body as shown. Take a piece of string and tie it around the pinched area to hold it.
